NOTE TO EDITORS:
A news conference will take place at 3 p.m. Thursday, March 27, 1997, in the Media Centre, Main Floor, East Block, Confederation Building, to sign a one-year extension to the Canada/Newfoundland Infrastructure Works Agreement.
The following people will be in attendance: Premier Brian Tobin, Municipal and Provincial Affairs Minister Art Reid, Newfoundland's regional minister in the federal Cabinet Fred Mifflin, and Treasury Board President Marcel Masse.
