NOTE TO EDITORS:
There will be news conference tonight (March 11) in Carbonear involving the Minister of Municipal and Provincial Affairs Art Reid, the Minister of Development and Rural Renewal Judy Foote and the Minister of Tourism, Culture and Recreation Sandra Kelly. The news conference will be at 7:30 p.m., in the council chambers at the town hall in Carbonear. It is concerning the Princess Sheila Festival.
