1. The above information has been

WELL REPORT as prepared by Newfoundland Hunt Oil Company
Inc., July 1996.
2. During the extended test, a total
of 5012 bbls of oil, 9.2 million cubic feet of gas and 2734
bbls of water were produced. Production rates varied and the
results appear to indicate the possibility of a limited
reservoir or complex geology at the well location.
3. The oil gravity in all cases was 51
degrees API.
