NOTE TO EDITORS:
John Efford, Minister of Fisheries and Aquaculture, and Beaton Tulk, Minister of Development and Rural Renewal, will address the House of Commons Standing Committee on Fisheries, Sunday, November 23, at 8 p.m. in the Tors Cove Hall. The ministers will speak to the issues surrounding the fishery crisis in Newfoundland and Labrador, and the need for an effective successor program to The Atlantic Groundfish Strategy.
