Finance Minister to participate in Business Outlook '97 conference
Finance Minister Paul Dicks will participate in the St. John's Board of Trade Business Outlook '97 conference at Hotel Newfoundland tomorrow, January 22, at 9:00 a.m. Mr. Dicks will provide a synopsis of the Newfoundland and Labrador provincial economy in 1996 and will focus on the provincial economic outlook for 1997.
