In response to questions from suppliers and the general public, the provincial government wishes to advise that anyone needing to make payments, or transmit written inquiries to the provincial government, can do so at their convenience through one of the 11 Government Service Centres (GSC) around the province, and at the Central Cashier's Office in St. John's. Through normal internal distribution systems, the GSC will forward correspondence, including invoices, payments and letters, to the appropriate government departments.
As well, any supplier to government who wishes to receive payment for goods or services rendered should contact the appropriate department to make arrangements on an individual basis.
A list of the locations of Government Service Centres and departmental contact numbers is provided. The Central Cashier's Office in the Confederation Building, East Block, St. John's may be contacted at 729-6519.
