NOTE TO EDITORS:
Premier Brian Tobin will officially open the province's first major national call centre on Tuesday, October 28, at 2 p.m. Premier Tobin will be joined by Vince Withers, Chief Executive Officer of NewTel Communications; Michael Davis, President of BPS Imaging Partnership; and Judy Foote, Minister of Industry, Trade and Technology, at the BPS Imaging Partnership facilities on the 2nd Floor, Atlantic Place in St. John's.
BPS Imaging Partnership handles outgoing calls for The Bay Portrait Studios across Canada and presently employs 190 people.
After a brief tour of the facility, Premier Tobin will announce details of another call centre to be established in the province.
