Premier Brian Tobin and Loyola Sullivan, Leader of the Opposition, will hold a news conference today (Tuesday, September 23), at 3 p.m., concerning Canadian Unity consultations in the province of Newfoundland and Labrador. It will be held in the Media Centre, Main Floor, East Block, Confederation Building.
