Premier Brian Tobin will be in Labrador from March 13 to 18. While in Labrador, Premier Tobin will visit Happy Valley-Goose Bay, Rigolet, Nain, Makkovik and Wabush. During this visit the Premier will take part in a number of activities, related to the Labrador Winter Games, and make several announcements, related to education and fisheries.

The Premier will leave St. John's on Thursday, March 13 for Happy Valley-Goose Bay. On Friday, March 14 he will visit Rigolet, Nain and Makkovik, following which he will return to Happy Valley-Goose Bay. On March 15 and 16 the Premier will be in Wabush. On March 17 Premier Tobin will take part in a number of activities in Happy Valley-Goose Bay, including the opening of the Labrador Winter Games.

In the event of inclement weather, announcements scheduled for Rigolet, Nain and Makkovik will be made at the Aurora Hotel in Happy Valley-Goose Bay.

NOTE TO EDITORS:    The Premier will travel to locations outside of
                                  Happy Valley-Goose Bay by charter aircraft.  A
                                  number of seats are available for media
                                  representatives who would like to travel to Rigolet,
                                  Nain and Makkovik.
