The Minister of Environment and Labour, Oliver Langdon wishes to issue a reminder that Labour Day, Monday, September 1, 1997 is a Shops Closing Day under the Shops Closing Act, except for the listed exempt shops, and further it is a paid holiday under the Labour Standards Act for those employees who qualify for the additional benefit.
