February 18, 1997 (Environment and Labour) NOTE TO EDITORS: The Minister of Environment and Labour, Kevin Aylward, will hold a news conference today (February 18) at 4:30 p.m. in the Media Centre, Main Floor, East Block, Confederation Building. The purpose of the news conference is to announce further action being taken against Irving Oil Ltd. relating to the January 9 oil spill on the Southside Hills.
