Julie Bettney, Minister of Works, Services and Transportation, and Percy Barrett, MHA - Bellevue are pleased to announce that a $143,295 contract (Project #35-96 TSC) has been awarded to Green's Service Station Ltd. of Goobies.

The contract calls for the installation of a culvert and associated retaining wall on R211-10 near Terrenceville.

This is a joint project between Transport Canada and the Government of Newfoundland and Labrador under the Atlantic Freight Transition Program.

Green's Service Station Ltd. was the lowest of eight bidders. This project is to be completed by October 15, 1996.
