Julie Bettney, Minister of Works, Services and Transportation, and Kevin Alyward, MHA - St. Georges/Stephenville East, are pleased to announce that a $372,512 contract (Project #22-96 PHR) has been awarded to Humber Valley Paving Ltd. of Corner Brook. The contract calls for paving at Jefferies and sections of R480 Burgeo Road, TCH and various provincial roads in southwestern Newfoundland. Humber Valley Paving Ltd. was the lowest of four bidders.
