Western Whales looking for new coach

The following is being distributed at the request of Sport Newfoundland and Labrador:

The Western Whales Swim Club in Corner Brook is seeking the services of a new head coach. With the resignation of longtime head coach, Anna Krizan, and the departure to continue studies for replacement Alison Evans, the club finds itself without someone to take over when the season gets under way again in September.

With some 70 swimmers ranging from novice to the Junior National level, the club will require an experienced coach with the ability to recruit swimmers, design a competitive swim program, supervise assistant coaches and take on the promotion of the sport in the community.

The Selection Committe invites anyone interested or needing more information to get in touch with them at Western Whales Swim Club, 18 Fudges Road, Corner Brook, A2H 2E5.
