NOTE TO EDITORS: Minister discusses details of Royalty Regime On Thursday, June 13, at 1 p.m., Dr. Rex Gibbons, Minister of Mines and Energy, will be available to discuss details relating to the announcement of the province's Royalty Regime. The briefing will take place in the Collective Bargaining Boardroom, Main Floor, East Block, Confederation Building. Premier Tobin will be making a similar anouncement later in the day. He will address oil industry representatives from across the country who are attending the National Petroleum Show in Calgary. All members of the media are invited to attend this briefing.
