NOTE TO EDITORS:

Paul Dicks, Q.C., Minister of Finance, will hold a news conference tomorrow, Friday, March 1 at 2 p.m. in the Collective Bargaining Boardroom of the Confederation Building, East Block. Mr. Dicks will release the pre-budget consultation document and details of the first ever budget consultation process.
