His Honour the Lieutenant Governor, The Honourable Frederick W. Russell and Mrs. Russell will be receiving members of the public at Government House at their annual New Year's Levee on Wednesday, January 1, 1997. Their Honours will receive guests from 3:30 to 5:00 p.m. All members of the general public are welcome to attend and exchange New Year's greetings with their Honours.
