Premier to participate in the signing of strategic alliance

NOTE TO EDITORS:

Premier Brian Tobin will participate in the signing of a formal agreement for a strategic alliance between Newfoundland Ocean Industries Association and the Petroleum Services Association of Canada today at 3:00 p.m. in the boardroom of the Premier's Office, 8th floor, East Block, Confederation Building.

The agreement will be signed by PSAC Chairman Reubin Nehring and NOIA President Moya Cahill. The premier will witness the signing. Media are invited to attend.
