The following is being distributed at the request of

Newfoundland District, Land Force Atlantic Major-General Romeo D'Allaire to visit St. John's, March 2 and 3
NOTE TO EDITORS:
Major-General Romeo D'Allaire, commander of secteur de Quebec
de la force terrestre, and former commander of the United Nations
forces in Rwanda will be in St. John's, March 2 and 3. He will be
meeting with soldiers in Newfoundland District and speaking about
his experiences as a soldier in the Canadian Forces.
Major-General D'Allaire will be available to meet with
reporters at 2:30 p.m., March 2 at the Royal Newfoundland
Regiment Museum, Canadian Forces Officer's Mess, CFS St. John's.
This will be an informal session in a scrum format. Individual
interviews may also be arranged in advance.
