NOTE TO EDITORS:
Kevin Aylward, Minister of Environment and Labour, Charles Furey, Minister of Industry, Trade and Technology, and Art Reid, Minster of Municipal and Provincial Affairs will hold a news conference to announce a deposit/refund system for beverage containers for the province.
