NOTE TO EDITORS:
On Wednesday, July 31, Kevin Aylward, Minister of Environment and Labour, will launch a multimedia compact disc providing information on the Labour Standards Act. The launch will take place at 2:00 p.m., Ready Centre, Community Services Council, 365 Water Street (above Piper's Department Store).
On hand for the launch, in addition to the minister, will be students and staff of the Ready Centre; Hugh Grant, president, Newtel Information Solutions; Bob O'Neil, director, Human Resources Development Canada; Elaine Price, president, Newfoundland and Labrador Federation of Labour; and Marilyn Pike, president, Newfoundland and Labrador Employers' Council.
